| The new four-story structural steel constructed, 135,000 square feet, regional headquarters building provides office space for approximately 500 full time employees. The building was designed to be a single or multi-tenant facility. The lobby was designed with a high level of finish including terrazzo floors. This project included state-of-the-art technology, presentation room, tele-conference room, kiosk service cafeteria, workout facility with showers and walking trails. Turnbull provided construction management and project services for United Healthcare of Ohio. This project was successfully completed on schedule and within budget. |
